KASKADE is slated to headline the CHANDLER KIMBALL FOUNDATION LIFE’S BIG WIN concert at TEMPE, AZ’S SUNBAR, SATURDAY JANUARY 15TH. Proceeds will go to an ARIZONA-based non-profit organization that raises awareness of CHRONIC TRAUMATIC ENCEPHALOPATHY (cte) among young people. The event’s lineup will also include performances by EXPENDABLES and BARDZ, as well as appearances by DR. BENNET OMALU and former CARDINAL D’ARIZONA, ERIC HILL.

The CHANDLER KIMBALL FOUNDATION was founded in honor of ARIZONA native CHANDLER KIMBALL to raise awareness of (CTE), a brain disease caused by repeated blows to the head, including concussion and sub -commotional. KIMBALL, who had been playing tackle football since the age of nine, began to develop symptoms of CTE in his early 20s and as his condition began to decline rapidly, his family sought treatment from therapists and specialists. Despite these efforts, CHANDLER succumbed to this preventable disease and committed suicide on JANUARY 15, 2019.

“We are extremely grateful to KASKADE for hosting the first annual LIFE’S BIG WIN event and helping us raise awareness about CTE and the dangers of football for young people. Chandler was a big fan of KASKADE and saw his shows and met him many times. Chandler’s love for music and its connection to KASKADE make it a perfect choice for this event and our cause.
